I hope technocrats are working on the reasons performance in the tobacco industry went down this year.Otherwise it doesn't help us being optimistic about the future of the leaf when we are not working on concrete ways of boosting the industry, especially considering the fact that we are yet to lay our hands on a very dependable option to replace tobacco.
